Unfortunately this graph somehow suggests that I won’t get any faster… but I will try anyway! Average under 30 seconds would be fantastic…

History

I started to get interested in the Rubik’s Cube at Christmas 2008 when my uncle gave me one as a present.
I was quite fascinated by the fact that it is possible to solve the cube in less than 10 seconds (Have a look at Feliks Zemdegs’ world record).

In order to get faster I watched tons of youtube tutorials and browsed loads of cubing websites:

Often people ask “How much do you practice?”

It’s hard to answer. If I had to estimate how many hours I spent with cubing between Christmas 2008 and November 2010, I’d probably guess about 300 hours. That is roughly half an hour per day – Most of the time I do it on the way to work and back.

Rolling Average of 5: 32.18 Seconds
